Stan had begun to feel quite intimidated living with his wife Cloris and his daughter Kelsey. The two women had just finished an intense physical training program and were now ripped with muscle. Stan was scrawny and undersized which made him feel quite uneasy in the presence of his wife and daughter and so he began a self styled exercise program of his own in the gym at the engineering firm where he worked.
