Henry was reluctant to go to the beach by himself anymore because he had a fear of being picked on. His mom tried to help him overcome his fear but she was unsuccessful. But one day his sister, Ellie, suggested that if they could coax the neighbor girl to escort Henry to the beach it might instill confidence in him and encourage him to begin going to the beach by himself.
The neighbor girls, Frannie and Kat, were already planning to head to the beach today and they agreed to have Henry tag along.
